Thank you for visiting and shopping at Circle of Love Wreath Co! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand when and how your order will arrive.

 

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within United States: [5 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship via: Pirate Ship or Parcel Path

  •  UPS, USPS, FedEx

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

At Circle of Love Wreath Co, we take great care in packaging our products, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at debrabailey81@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please retain all packaging materials as they may be required for a claim.

For lost packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as we do not have control over shipments once they leave our shop.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
