At Circle of Love Wreath Co, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [debrabailey81@gmail.com] with photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist and find a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our shop. However, if an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
